Kumar is a registered physiotherapist and has extensive experience providing service in Canada for the past 11 years. Some areas of expertise include Orthopedic, Neurological, Cardio-Respiratory, Geriatrics and Pediatrics. Kumar has treated multiple conditions in his practice such as Arthritis, Pre & Post-Op Joint Replacements, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Tendinopathy, Carpal Tunnel, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Spondylisis and many more. Kumar takes pride in serving his clients in a holistic approach while treating the body as a whole rather than just the symptoms of their condition.
He graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India in 2006. He is also certified in Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling, Traditional Cupping, Kinesiological taping, and Mulligan & McKenzie Mobilization. Kumar is always striving to improve his manual therapy and clinical skills through continuing education courses, to better serve his clients, team members and Ottawa-Nepean area residents.
Palak is a registered physiotherapist and has been providing service in Canada for the past 6 years and has previously practiced for 4 years in India. She continues to expand her educational and clinical skills, which includes Acupuncture and Dry Needling for the Neck and Back, Shoulder and Back Rehabilitation, TMJ disorder and Concussion Management. She brings her knowledge, experience and exercise science skills to help treat and educate her clients. Palak is always striving to improve her manual therapy and clinical skills through continuing education courses to better help her clients.
